Trappers Point is a residential community east of the city of Fort Collins, Larimer County, Colorado. It is located north of Vine Drive (County Road 48) about 1.3 miles east of I-25. The Trappers Point Homeowners Association (TPHOA) is governed by Declarations, Bylaws, and Rules and Regulations that are found on this website. The neighborhood has 35 properties exceeding 2 acres with a common 35-acre private lake. The community is within the greater Timnath Growth Area.

Residents have access to a secured common area on the lake with a picnic shelter, a swim beach, and a dock for swimming, fishing and temporary boat launching and tie-up. The lake is managed for family fishing and boating, the latter restricted to wind, hand, or electric powered vessels. There is also a common wetland wildlife area in the northwest corner of the community property.

The TPHOA is managed by the volunteer efforts of the residents of the community. An elected Executive Board manages the HOA’s business supported by a number of committees of residents.
